Argos Projects is a growing insurance building company working with major insurers as well as a range of smaller insurers. Due to continued workload, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our team full time.

Positions Available
• 1 × Insurance Estimator
• 1 × Building Supervisor

About the Roles

You will be responsible for managing insurance repair works from assessment through to completion, working closely with insurers, trades, and clients. These roles suit self-driven individuals who are confident working independently while being part of a professional team.

Key Requirements
• Experience in insurance construction (preferred)
• Strong people and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads
• Good understanding of repair scopes, trades, and building processes
• Professional attitude when dealing with insurers and homeowners

Estimator – Key Skills
• Preparing insurance scopes and estimates
• Liaising with insurers and loss adjusters
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Experience with estimating software (advantageous)

Supervisor – Key Skills
• Managing trades and site works
• Ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met
• Client and insurer communication
• Problem-solving on active repair sites
