Parts Manager

Mansfield Motor Group is a well-established, multi-franchise dealership and authorised Nissan, Subaru, Isuzu UTE and Mazda dealer. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department and support our service and sales operations.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department. You will work closely with our service technicians, advisors, suppliers, and customers to ensure parts availability, accuracy, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the parts department
• Manage inventory across Nissan, Subaru, Isuzu UTE and Mazda brands
• Order, receive, and maintain accurate stock levels
• Provide timely and accurate parts support to the service department
• Serve retail and trade customers with a high level of professionalism
• Manage pricing, invoicing, and warranty parts procedures
• Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership compliance
• Lead, train, and support parts department staff (if applicable)

About You

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Interpreter (automotive dealership experience essential)
• Strong knowledge of OEM parts systems and supplier networks
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems
• Current driver’s licence
