What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Support residents during mealtimes and ensure a dignified dining experience

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and infection control standards

About You

You’re a caring and dependable individual who brings empathy, teamwork, and professionalism to everything you do.

Essential

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in residential aged care

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Physically fit for safe manual handling

  • Confident using tablets/smartphones for work

  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

  • Two recent managerial references

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Desirable

  • Medication Administration Certification
