About the role

Bunge is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and focused individuals who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We have permanent full-time and part-time opportunities to work across our Wolseley group (Wolseley, Bordertown and Frances).

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, enjoy practical outdoor work, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You’ll get involved in everything from operating machinery to maintaining high grain quality and contributing to export operations. You’ll work closely with site staff and play a key role in grain movement, storage, and export readiness.

Duties may include but are not limited to

• Support road and rail transport operations, including outturning activities.
• Maintain grain quality during the handling and movement process.
• Ensure bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Lead and support seasonal staff during peak periods.
• Assist with other tasks across the group of sites as directed.
• Manage the loading and unloading of trucks as part of daily operations.
• Operate forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently.
• Grain classification and quality control checks.
• Implement pest management practices to maintain storage standards

About you

• Work well in a team environment with the ability to learn quickly and accept new challenges
• A current driver’s licence.
• Strong commitment to safe work practises and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to assist across a range of site activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
• Available for rotating shifts, including weekends during busy periods.
• Willing and able to undertake competency-based training for site-specific tasks.
