The Role
Step into the spotlight at Cazalys – we’re calling numbers and calling for a new Bingo Coordinator (Part-Time, 30 hrs/week)!
Love a buzzing crowd, a bit of cheeky banter and the thrill of the room yelling “BINGO!”? As Cazalys’ Bingo Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our bingo action, running fun, fast-paced sessions while keeping everything professional, compliant and running like clockwork. This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, right when the bingo magic happens.
Your new gig:
As Bingo Coordinator, you’re the showrunner, host and organiser all rolled into one.

Coordinate the full bingo operation: setup, session delivery, payouts and pack down each shift.

Lead and roster the bingo team, delegating tasks and keeping service standards high.

Act as the primary session manager responsible for compliance, conduct and end-of-session reporting.
What you’ll be doing:

Call bingo (and teach others) with a clear, confident voice, keeping games fun while following club protocols and QLD requirements.

Handle ticket sales (including PETs), cash, EFTPOS and payouts with accuracy and integrity.

Welcome and support patrons, answer questions about rules, resolve disputes fairly and keep the atmosphere upbeat and inclusive.

Ensure Responsible Gambling obligations are met and escalate any incidents, hazards or concerns as required.

Help drive special bingo promos, themed games and events alongside the operations and marketing teams.

Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented bingo area and complete all compliance, incident and reconciliation documentation after each session.
What you’ll bring:
You don’t need to be a comedian, but you do need presence, professionalism and people skills.

Current RSA and RSG certifications.

Experience in bingo coordination, gaming or registered club operations (preferred), plus team leadership or supervision.

Strong communication, numeracy and cash-handling skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Confidence on the microphone and the ability to stay calm and fair under pressure.

Physical ability to be on your feet for up to 4 hours, handle equipment up to 10 kg, and maintain good vision and hearing for claims verification.

Availability for a part-time roster of 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
