About the role
You’ll provide in-home and community-based support tailored to each client, helping them maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

What you’ll need Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
Current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check (issued within the last 3 years)
A genuine, people-first approach and strong communication skills
