Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of receptionists and housekeepers.
• Hotel Banking: Perform and oversee all hotel banking activities accurately.
• Accommodation: Oversee the daily operations of accommodation facilities, ensuring high standards of guest service and property maintenance, while optimizing occupancy and revenue.
• Front Office Duties: Work at the front office reception, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism.
• Function Coordination: Assist with inquiries and bookings for hotel functions.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various hotel administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a front office management role or similar capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
