About the role:Bloom Well-being is a small, home-like therapy practice in Creswick.We are not a corporate clinic, and we do not aim to become one.We are growing our team thoughtfully and are looking for a trauma-informed, identity-affirming therapist who values relational work, sustainable pace and genuine connection.If you want to do meaningful therapeutic work, without burning out or feeling like a number, this role may be a good fit.

You are likely a good fit if you:• Are Medicare-registered or eligible for Medicare registration as a: Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) or Mental Health OT (MHOT)• Have at least two years of therapeutic experience• Work from a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and queer-affirming lens• Value relational practice and reflective space• Want to be part of a small, connected team
Highly regarded:• EMDR Training• Experience with complex trauma and neurodivergent clients• Familiarity with parts work and dissociation-informed practice
