About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator to join our team on a casual basis. The hours will vary but on average about 3-4 days. Someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, loves capturing satisfying transformations, and can turn everyday jobsite action into engaging videos and photos.

This role is perfect for a junior-to-mid content creator who already has experience and skill someone who doesn’t need hand-holding, but still wants mentorship and opportunities to grow into a bigger role.

You'll work directly with the owner to plan and execute content that reflects our brand, highlights our workmanship, and attracts new clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Capture high-quality photo and video content on job sites (before/after, time-lapse, progress)
• Film aerial footage using our drones (FPV skills a bonus!)
• Create reels, short-form videos & visual stories that show transformations
• Shoot team culture, behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content
• Use our editing computers to cut quick, clean, engaging videos
• Produce job highlight videos that show the quality of our painting & restoration work
• Assist with website content, testimonials and case-study videos
• Follow brand guidelines while keeping content fresh, clean and modern
• Plan content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
• Track performance, optimise content & bring creative ideas that boost engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience creating short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Strong editing ability using CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar
• Good eye for composition, detail and colour (painting work needs to look clean + professional)
• Ability to work independently on-site and capture clean content without supervision
• Someone who organises their workflow and hits deadlines
• Comfortable being around trades, job sites, heights and outdoor environments
• Creative mindset with willingness to try new ideas, angles and formats
• Bonus: FPV drone skills, DSLR experience or motion graphics knowledge
