FIFO / DIDO | Immediate Start | Weekly Pay

West Coast Stabilisers is a WA-owned and operated civil earthworks business based in Mandurah, delivering road stabilisation projects across Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of ongoing work, we are seeking experienced Stabiliser Operators to join our growing team.

About the Role

This position involves working across WA project sites on a FIFO or DIDO basis. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safe operation of plant and equipment
• Operating Wirtgen stabilising machines
• Willingness to work away from home as required
• Assisting with basic servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Operating other plant and equipment when required

Skills & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience operating Wirtgen stabilising machines
• Background in civil construction or earthworks
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

What You’ll Need

• White Card
• HR Driver’s Licence (minimum)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Strong commitment to safety standards
