About The Role

In this role, you’ll lead a crew — including seasonal workers — to ensure sheds are efficiently cleaned and prepared for new flocks. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

High-pressure cleaning and sanitation of poultry sheds and equipmentCoordinating shed set-up and fumigation preparationEnsuring all cleaning activities follow strict WHS and biosecurity requirementsAssisting with bird placement, relocation, and vaccinationConducting toolbox talks and safety checks with your teamLeading seasonal workers and ensuring they are trained and supportedCompleting required record-keeping for cleaning, chemical usage, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a leadership or team coordination roleStrong understanding of biosecurity and safe work practicesAbility to work in a physical, fast-paced environmentMachinery or high-pressure cleaning equipment experience is highly regardedStrong communication skills, organisation, and attention to detailA positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to teamwork
