• Take control of your section and ensure standards are high
• Support the BOH team and show your team spirit
• Support the Head Coach with kitchen operations

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferably in a pub or restaurant)
• A team player’s mindset with leadership potential

• Solid kitchen know-how and an eye for excellence under pressure
• Resilience and hustle during peak hours—you thrive in the heat
• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
