The Role

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our Gold Coast team, supporting participant with complex needs. These roles require workers with strong experience in:

• Manual handling
• Mental health
• Challenging behaviours

You must be adaptable, confident, and committed to building your capability in complex support. Shifts operate 24/7, including inactive night shifts.

Essential Requirements

• Current Open Driver’s Licence
• First Aid Certificate and current CPR
• Positive NDIS Worker Screening
• Proven experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
• Physically fit and able to perform active shifts
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.55 – $94.50 per hour
