We’re seeking an experienced Disability Services Site Manager to join our Goulburn team where we have 3 SIL homes. You’ll lead one high-dependency Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supporting five clients with complex disabilities, high physical support needs, psychosocial disabilities, and complex behaviours.

Based onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm you will lead a team of long-standing Support Workers in creating a safe and person-centered environment for clients to thrive with minimal disruption to change.

We’re Looking For Someone With

Proven experience managing a group home3+ years experience supporting people living with complex mental health or psychosocial disabilities.A strong commitment to person-centered active supportExcellent written and communication abilities. An understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, and continuous improvement plans. Willingness to work 1-2 billable shifts each week.Experience with professional development and performance management.

To Be Successful In This Role

Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and restrictive practices, and risk management principles.Full NSW Drivers Licence, Current First Aid and CPR certification. NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check
