Essential Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in compliance, risk management, health administration, or a related field.
• Accreditation or certification in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) - desirable
• Demonstrated experience in operations, facilities, or site management.
• Strong understanding of WHS, facilities compliance, and risk management.
• Proven experience in compliance, assurance, or risk management roles within health, community, or government sectors.
• Experience in leading complaints management and quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in supporting accreditation processes and audit assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and programs.
• High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• High level of initiative and ability to manage competing priorities.
• The ability to work within a cross-cultural environment and knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationship building skills across government agencies and community organisations.
