Your new role

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seeking new business through networking, local canvassing (drips, calls), and digital outreach.
• Client Acquisition: Meeting potential clients, conducting rental appraisals, and presenting management service proposals.
• Relationship Building: Establishing strong connections with property owners and related professionals (brokers, accountants).
• Marketing & Strategy: Implementing strategies to attract new business and increase market share, often working with sales and marketing teams.
