AutoCAD Pre-cast Drafter needed to draft and detail as-built drawings for manufacturing

Hays Engineering is working closely with Tasmania's leading pre-cast concrete contractor to secure a specialist drafter to support the ongoing and rapid growth that the business has enjoyed in recent years

Your new role
This role will see you drafting and detailing Engineering drawings to produce accurate shop drawings for the manufacture of pre-cast concrete structures. You'll be utilising AutoCAD 2D to draft and detail accurate as-built drawings destined for manufacturing. You'll be working in the drawing office of the pre-cast yard with a small team of highly skilled technicians and engineers

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an excellent operator of AutoCAD and have recent and direct experience with the production of shop drawings / as-built drawings, preferably in a pre-cast manufacturing environment. You'll need a really high attention to detail along with a solid understanding of the drafting / manufacturing / construction process.
