With a healthy pipeline of work and an experienced team on the ground, they are seeking a Divisional Manager to provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and commercial oversight of their electrical construction and service operations. Your new roleÂ
As Divisional Manager, you will take full ownership of the division’s performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of project managers, estimators, supervisors and electricians.
- Driving operational excellence across project delivery, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and on budget.
- Managing P&L, forecasting and reporting to support sustainable financial performance.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to tender strategy and major bids.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
What you'll need to succeedÂ
You will be an experienced leader within the electrical contracting industry, with:
- Proven capability in managing multi-project operations or leading an Australian business unit/division.
- You'll need outstanding commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting and business planning.
- A background in electrical construction and major projects delivery.
- Exceptional communication, people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
