About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy clinical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Location: Howrah, TAS
Hours: Casual role, up to 20 hours per week (shifts may vary)

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

  • Managing appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries

  • Processing payments and balancing daily takings

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

  • General administrative and accounts assistance

  • Laundry duties

  • General Lifeguarding duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A positive, team-focused attitude

  • Previous admin or medical reception experience (preferred)

  • Previous Lifeguarding experience or qualifications (Highly regarded)

  • Experience with practice management software (advantageous)

  • Willingness to undertake training in First Aid and Lifeguarding (essential)
