Saggers Wastewater & Civil Solutions is looking for a skilled Civil Operator to join our growing team. We deliver professional, high-quality work with clean finishes across a wide range of civil projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in operating Skid Steer, Excavator, and Front-End Loader (final trim experience highly regarded)
• Current plant operating tickets + White Card
• Driver’s Licence (HC essential)
• Ability to follow plans and get the job done right the first time
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in presentation (uniform, vehicles, site standards)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Able to pass drug & alcohol testing and obtain police clearance
