About The Role

Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager Grade 3 Aboriginal Health to provide clinical and professional leadership to the Aboriginal Health directorate, including responsibility for the achievement of strategic priorities, development of policy and guidelines, representing Aboriginal Health in district and state forums, and the successful implementation of Aboriginal health-related projects.

Additionally, the Aboriginal Health Nurse Manager leads a team of Clinical Nurse Specialists (Grade 2) and Aboriginal Health Workers in the delivery of chronic disease management services for Aboriginal people across the district.
