Your new company

The international marketing function plays a central role in achieving enrolment targets and strengthening the global brand presence. 

Your new role 
You will lead international marketing and communications activity supporting global student recruitment. You will own planning, delivery, and optimisation of digital and offline campaigns across the international student journey. You will be working closely with regional teams, central marketing, and external partners to drive lead generation, conversion, and enrolments. You also will oversee international conversion activity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. 
Key focus areas include

• Integrated international marketing campaigns.
• Digital platforms, CRM, automation, and social media.
• International agent and partner communications.
• Performance tracking and lead management.
• Development of high‑quality marketing collateral.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering marketing outcomes in complex organisations.
• Strong capability across digital marketing channels and CRM systems.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Clear, confident communication and project management skills.
• Experience working with international markets or partners.
