- Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
- Pro rata amount of $93,453 - $ 99,405 (LGIA Stream A Level 4) + Superannuation

This is a varied role that will require a candidate with a dynamic approach and a proactive attitude. As Executive Support Officer, you will be required to manage multiple tasks while working against tight deadlines in a highly collaborative environment.Â
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

- Extensive experience in executive support roles with strong adaptability to competing priorities.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail with initiative and advanced problem-solving skills, both independently and collaboratively.
- Solid understanding of local government policies, procedures, legislation, and awareness of relevant political and social issues.

Application Criteria
- Experience in a senior administration position with demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication with experience managing diaries, correspondence and other critical documentation.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exercising good judgement and initiative when dealing with all stakeholders.
- Proven flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing work priorities and schedules.Â
