The Role

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. This role suits someone who is confident on coffee, works well under pressure, and takes pride in both product quality and customer experience.

Baristas with senior experience or leadership capability will be considered for higher pay and additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee to a consistent standard

• Delivering friendly, efficient customer service

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures when required

• Supporting junior staff and contributing positively to the team environment

• Complying with food safety and workplace standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years barista experience (busy café environment preferred)

• RSA required (or willingness to obtain before starting)

• Strong coffee skills including espresso, milk texturing, and speed

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Highly Regarded

• Supervisory or lead barista experience

• Ability to train or support junior baristas

• Weekend availability
