Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is a registered NDIS provider delivering accommodation and community-based supports across the Gippsland region. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for an additional Program Leader to work in our accommodation team responsible for SIL/MTA/STA services.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, mentor, and support Team Leaders and Disability Support Workers

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality, compliant service delivery

Build strong relationships with participants, families, and external professionals

Balance people leadership, systems, and competing priorities

Drive consistent, person-centred outcomes across your programs

This role is ideal for a confident leader who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making things happen.

What You’ll Bring

Certificate IV in Disability (or willing to work towards); Diploma highly regarded

12 months’ experience leading teams in disability supports

Knowledge of the NDIS, behaviour support practices, and relevant legislation

Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems, and rostering platforms

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
