What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with the Scheduler and coordinating daily production priorities to keep the mill running at its best
• Supporting production and transport scheduling to ensure smooth product flow and on‑time deliveries
• Maintaining strict Safety, Quality, and Feedsafe compliance — no shortcuts, ever
• Communicating clearly across shifts and contributing to a strong, positive team culture
• Staying alert, adaptable, and ready to think on your feet in a fast‑moving environment

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in stockfeed, milling, or food manufacturing — preferred
• Scheduling or logistics coordination experience — ideal but not required
• Strong communication skills and a solution‑focused mindset
• A hands‑on approach with high attention to detail
• Forklift licence would be advantageous + competent computer skills
• Reliability, positivity, and a genuine “can‑do” attitude
