The Role – Team Member

As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of Schnitz Robina, making sure every customer has a great dining experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll rotate across different sections of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service – greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
• Food Preparation – assisting with cooking, salads, and assembling meals according to Schnitz standards.
• Kitchen Operations – supporting pan-cooking, fryers, and food handling safely and hygienically.
• Restaurant Cleanliness – maintaining a clean and safe environment (dining area, kitchen, equipment).
• Teamwork – working closely with other Team Members and Team Leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred, but not essential).
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.

Pay: $24.95 – $36.04 per hour
