A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team daily Support your Store Manager in coaching the team to achieve and develop their knowledge and skillsLead from the front by consistently providing an exceptional customer experienceCreate strong safety mindset, committed to fostering a culture of safety within your teamSupport your Store Manager to manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and that the team follows stock integrity processesAssist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are consistently maintainedDemonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and servicesRecruit, onboard, and induct high-calibre new team membersCreate a fun, supportive in-store culture where your team loves coming to work every dayProactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships

Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take that next step up in your retail management careerDemonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targetsStrong leadership with the ability to motivate and build a high-performing teams whilst fostering a positive cultureAbility to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasksAbility to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practicesEstablished business acumenAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing work environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the wider team
