We are currently seeking multiple dedicated and values-driven Support Workers to join our growing team. These roles involve providing person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs across the Sunshine Coast.

We are particularly seeking applicants with experience or interest in the following areas:

• Mental health support.
• Working with children and young people.
• High needs disability support (PEG feeding experience highly regarded).

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing respectful, individualised support in line with client care plans.
• Assisting with daily living activities and community participation.
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
• Completing accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining professional boundaries and ethical practice.

Essential Requirements:

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid Blue Card (mandatory).
• Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening) must be obtained prior to commencement (We can assist with new applications or renewals if required).
• Strong honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to document reports accurately and on time.

Desirable Experience:

• Mental health background.
• Experience supporting children and young people.
• High needs disability support experience (PEG feeding ideal but not essential).
