The Role

We’re looking for a Harvest & Haulage Operator to join our Farm team based locally at Glenalbyn/Inglewood.

This is a hands-on role that sits at the core of our operation. You’ll work across harvesting, mulching, and haulage, supporting both the Harvest team and the Distillery to keep the farm and production running smoothly day to day.

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a small, practical team—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating harvesting and mulching equipment to cut and collect eucalyptusRunning tractors and machinery to transport harvested material to the distillerySupporting distillery operations as neededMaintaining farm plant and equipment and carrying out basic repairsWorking safely and independently in a farm environment

About You

You’re reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in regional conditions. Ideally, you’ll bring:Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or forestryConfidence operating tractors and farm machineryMechanical aptitude and ability to handle basic equipment repairsA strong focus on safetyA positive, team-first attitude with good communication skillsA current Victorian driver’s licence
