About The Business
Since 2009, Benesse has been an iconic South West destination loved by locals and tourists alike. A bit special, a bit different, we are a cafe that stands out. We are known for our delicious locally sourced food, unique vibe, innovative ideas and of course, soul-lifting, house-blend coffee.

With three thriving venues in Australind, Bunbury and Busselton - we are looking for new people to join the growing Benesse family!

About the Role
With a great reputation for fast and friendly service, Benesse Bunbury is looking for people who are passionate about customer service, hospitality and working in a team.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working under pressure in a fast manner, able to problem solve and use initiative.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- seating and greeting customers
- taking orders on the till and running orders to the table
- drink and cabinet food preparation
- working in a team to ensure a smooth flow to service at all times
- maintain presentation and cleanliness of the venue

About You
- similar style hospitality experience is preferred
- some flexibility to rosters and days
- A team player who is organised, reliable and enthusiastic
- Passionate about fast and friendly customer service
- Eager to learn and grow - there are opportunities for development within the company
