What you'll be doing

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child

• Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements

• Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development

• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the childcare centre

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

• Experience working as an Educator in a childcare setting

• Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children

• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates

• Working with Children Check
