We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast in providing an exceptional customer experience and managing and driving multiple revenue streams including gaming, food and beverage and functions.

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team on the Gold Coast in providing an exceptional customer experience and managing and driving multiple revenue streams including gaming, food and beverage and functions. A minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role with strong skills in food, bar and gaming operations is required.

Responsible for 'hands on' operations, you will ''lead from the floor'' and ensure the highest standards of customer service, whilst complying with company policies.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

• Strong / well rounded experience within the bar/pub industry

• Excellent  up-to-date F& B product knowledge

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Good Knowledge of O.L.G.R and industry regulations

• Ability to lead  and supervise staff and security

• Proven Knowledge of cash handling and back of house operations

• Strong cellar operations knowledge

• Able to work hospitality hours including days, nights and weekends

• Current R.S.A & R.C.G

• Ability to work late nights and weekends
