Terrigal Hotel is a standout large-format venue on the Central Coast.

We’re currently seeking a motivated, reliable and career-driven Supervisor / Duty Manager to support our management team and help lead day-to-day operations across the venue. We’re open to both full-time and casual applicants, depending on experience and availability.

With multiple bars, a busy restaurant offering, indoor and outdoor areas, plus TAB and gaming, Terrigal Hotel is a fast-paced environment with a strong team culture and plenty of room for growth. Backed by a supportive, family-owned hotel group, this role is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up and build a long-term career in hospitality management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

• Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)

• Great attention to detail and a hands-on approach

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff

• Solid food and beverage knowledge

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry

• Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications
