We are looking for an Operations Manager to take the reins of all onground operations in our NT stores (Coolalinga, Winnellie, Katherine and Alice Springs).

If you are a leader with the drive to improve an already quality business, and the passion to serve the ‘Top End’ with a truly hands-on approach this is the position for you.

Outback Batteries is a tight-knit team, and you will become the heart and soul of all on-ground operations. You’ll become the go-to expert for everything from car batteries to 12V and solar, changing the lives of our customers and staff.

Your Role

Your primary role as our Operations Manager will be to ensure that our stores and operations are running as smoothly as possible, making for an enjoyable experience for all of our valued customers and Outback Batteries Team members.
