The 4x4andOutdoor group own and operate a number of 4x4 accessory and tyre businesses on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.

TJM 4x4 Equipped Gold Coast is seeking a goal-oriented Retail Sales Professional to become part of the team.  This is an exciting opportunity for a future leader to develop a career while working with a big name in the 4x4 Industry.

As a Sales Professional you will work closely with the in-store team to provide our customers with a first class experience throughout their buying journey. You will need:

• A passion for 4x4 vehicles 

• A desire to find and recommend solutions to customers  

• An ability to maximise sales opportunities

• To have a stable employment history preferably in the 4wd or leisure industry

• To possess strong admin and logistical skills (ordering products, following up suppliers)

• To have great communication skills and an approachable manner

• Knowledge of wheels and tyres an advantage

• To have a strong record of working cohesively in a team while being target driven

• A willingness to learn from the Sales Manager as part of developing your own career.

Role Requirements

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

• Every Second Saturday 9am to 12pm

• Trade Shows as needed – Time in Lieu offered

Remuneration Package:

• Permanent, Full Time 

• Salary tailored to the right candidate – Base plus commission
