McElrea Racing is a leading Australian motorsport team competing in Porsche championships nationally. We are seeking an experienced and organised Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee financial operations and day-to-day administration within our fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable and receivable management

• Payroll processing, superannuation, PAYG and BAS support

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Customer invoicing

• Supplier accounts, stock/consumables and office purchasing

• General office coordination and record management

Skills & Experience

• Bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)

• Strong Xero skills

• Sound knowledge of payroll and compliance processes

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Desirable

• Strong communication with suppliers, customers and contractors

• Experience in motorsport, automotive or workshop environments
