What you'll be doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers in finding the right products and answering enquiries

• Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

• Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and promotion of products

• Assisting with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to create an inviting shopping environment

• Supporting daily store operations, including cash handling and following company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction

• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience

• Confidence in handling cash and following cash handling procedures

• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays
