This newly created position sits just under the Care Coordinator and offers the chance to step into leadership while continuing to provide hands-on care. It’s the perfect role for someone ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will:

Mentor, support, and guide care staff to deliver excellence in resident care

Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture

Develop and grow your leadership skills with the support of experienced leaders

Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in care

A compassionate and motivated aged care professional

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in aged care (leadership experience highly regarded)

Essential requirements of the position are:

Certificate III or IV Individual Support (Aging)

Assist Clients with Medication qualification is desirable
-
An approved NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or a willingness to undertake one;

Valid Australian Work Entitlements.
