This newly created position sits just under the Care Coordinator and offers the chance to step into leadership while continuing to provide hands-on care. It’s the perfect role for someone ready to take the next step in their career.

In this role, you will:

• Mentor, support, and guide care staff to deliver excellence in resident care

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture

• Develop and grow your leadership skills with the support of experienced leaders

• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in care

• A compassionate and motivated aged care professional

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Previous experience in aged care (leadership experience highly regarded)

Essential requirements of the position are:

• Certificate III or IV Individual Support (Aging) 

• Assist Clients with Medication qualification is desirable 

• An approved NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or a willingness to undertake one;

• Valid Australian Work Entitlements.
