Mackay Regional Council is seeking a motivated Electrical / Mechanical Supervisor to join our Water Network team.

You’ll be responsible for planning and prioritising work schedules, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience leading technical teams and managing work priorities. Trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields (or equivalent experience). Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and service delivery.
