We are a dynamic and growing shop fitting company seeking a motivated Factory Hand/Trades Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting in the factory with general duties, construction, and basic assembly work

• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and shopfitting components

• Supporting tradespeople in the workshop and occasionally on site

• Helping with deliveries, including some interstate travel as required

• Keeping the factory and job sites clean, tidy, and safe

• Following all WHS procedures and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual work

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

• Basic knowledge of tools and safety gear – having your own PPE is a bonus

• Experience in shopfitting, construction or carpentry – preferred but not essential

• Truck license (MR) - offer an advantage
