What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pharmacy Assistant at Priceline Waurn Ponds, you’ll help deliver outstanding customer care while keeping our store running smoothly. Your role will include:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable service across health, beauty, and wellness.

• Restocking, stocktaking, and ensuring shelves are fresh and organised.

• Promoting our Sister Club loyalty program and exclusive offers.

• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and vibrant store environment.

• Assisting customers with inquiries and offering timely solutions.

• Supporting promotions, events, and eye-catching product displays.

• Assisting the dispensary team with daily tasks when required.

• Supporting the manager with banking and supervisory duties.

What We’re Looking For

1. Retail or Pharmacy Experience – Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is highly valued.

2. Merchandising Know-How – Strong organisational skills with an eye for creating effective and inviting product displays.

3. Great Communicator – Confident communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to connect with both customers and team members.

4. Flexibility – Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, with a positive and adaptable attitude.

5. Reliable & Responsible – A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and passion for outstanding customer service.

6. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable supporting online sales, click-and-collect services, and promotional campaigns.

7. Leadership Potential – Previous supervisory experience is a plus, or a willingness to upskill and grow into a leadership role.
