About the opportunities
Educators (Cert III or Diploma)

As an Educator, you will nurture children’s curiosity and wellbeing, support the planning cycle, and collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive, play-based experiences.

Lead Educators (Diploma + leadership experience)

As a Lead Educator, you will design and deliver engaging programs, mentor your team, embed EYLF and NQS into practice, and contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

Kindergarten Teachers (Bachelor/ECT)

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will lead the approved kindergarten program, guiding the vital developmental milestones of 4–5 year olds — literacy, numeracy, self-regulation and resilience. Your curriculum will bridge kindergarten and school readiness so children enter school confident, curious and capable.

What you bring

  • Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (role dependent)

  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

  • Confidence-building relationships with families and mentoring colleagues

  • A commitment to providing safe, nurturing, and engaging environments
