We are actively involved in protecting high profile sites and venues across Australia and are the recognised market leaders in this industry.

We are now seeking a full-time Purchasing Officer to join our manufacturing team at our Tuggerah facility on the Central Coast.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end local procurement of materials used in manufacturing and production (raising purchase orders, expediting, and receipting orders).

• Raising purchase orders for supplier services related to non-manufacture items.

• Ensuring all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.

• Preparing completed purchase order paperwork for accounts processing.

• Assisting the production team to maintain accurate inventory levels.

• Supporting procurement of materials from overseas suppliers.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking an organised and proactive professional with:

• Experience in a purchasing role within manufacturing (preferred).

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Good analytical and communication skills.

Most importantly, you will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
