NQ Villas Management operates a residential village located in the heart of Cairns, including cabin accommodation and permanent caravan sites set amongst 10 acres of tropical gardens.
Be the friendly face of our village! We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised, and making sure daily operations run smoothly.
Your Role
In your role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, tenants, and contractors. This role focuses on front-office reception, customer service, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the park’s daily operations.
What you’ll do:

Greet and assist tenants/guests/contractors/support workers

Handle payments, invoices & office supplies
-
Assist with reporting and rent arrears follow-up

Update booking and occupancy records
-
Manage routine enquiries
-
Keep records, forms & reports organised
-
Support the Park Manager with admin
What we’re looking for:
Great communicator with a friendly manner.
Organised, reliable and good at multitasking.
Confident with MS Office; (RMS system experience a bonus).
Customer-focused.
Driver License
Working with Children card (or able to obtain)
