Location: Townsville

ROLE  

  • Day to day Subway operation 

  • Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards 

  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices 

  • Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events. 

  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services 

  • Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions 

  • Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store 

  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations 

  • Train team (employees) in business standards and policies. 

SALARY   

Package Salary $72,800  ($65,000 + 12% Super)  or Part time equivalent.   

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Experience working in the fast food industry (Subway/manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)  

  • Positive, energetic and hardworking 

  • Good customer service skills 

  • Basic computer knowledge 

  • Flexibility with working hrs  (note: at least 1-morning shift, 1-night shift and 1-weekend shift is a must) 

  • Team building ability 

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • At least 5 years of people management experience is a must. 

  • You must provide Food Safety Supervisor certificate. 

  • You must have experience working towards targets and KPIs. 

  • You must have at least 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Manager experience. 

  • You must have 4 years of Fast Food Attendant experience.
