**About the Role **
As our Photographer, you will capture the essence of our work from events and community outreach activities to behind-the-scenes efforts and impact stories. Whether youre a seasoned professional or a talented emerging photographer looking to give back, wed love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities **
Photograph events, programs, and beneficiaries respectfully and ethically.
Provide high-resolution, edited images suitable for digital and print use.
Collaborate with our communications team to capture specific themes or stories.
Ensure proper consent and photo release documentation are in place where applicable.
**What Were Looking For **
Role Experience: Practical photographic experience with a strong portfolio of work (please provide a link or sample images).
Owns professional or semi-professional camera equipment.
Has experience photographing people, events, or nonprofit settings (preferred but not required).
Cultural Alignment: We seek a candidate with Non-For-Profit experience who can connect with the Hispanic community in Australia. You must be able to articulate how at least one of LCHs Core Values applies to your life. Knowledge of the Spanish language will be highly regarded.
Commitment & Availability: A commitment of at least 12 months and an average of 5 hours weekly to support LCHs mission effectively. Additionally, you must be available to plan, coordinate, collaborate, and manage scheduled events for portfolio development.
