The Kermandie Hotel, a historic waterfront venue in the Huon Valley, is seeking an enthusiastic Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team. We pride ourselves on offering fresh, quality meals with a strong focus on local produce, delivered with consistency and care.
About the Role:

Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard across lunch and dinner service

Assisting with menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, complying with food safety standards

Working as part of a small, supportive team to deliver a great dining experience
What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar role

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and evenings

A passion for quality food and pride in presentation
