About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with proven service and sales experience who can make an immediate impact. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the right solutions while representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships (new and existing)

• Using our established CRM to manage leads and follow-ups (training provided)

• Assisting customers with product solutions and sales enquiries

• Representing the business confidently over the phone and via email

• Completing administrative tasks to support the sales process

About You

You’re a self-starter with a positive, solution-focused mindset who thrives on helping people. You’ll bring:

• Excellent phone manner and strong written/verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to build rapport and deliver customer satisfaction
