About the Role As a Desktop Supervisor, you’ll coordinate building and repair works from the office. This involves working closely with trades, clients, and internal teams to make sure every project runs efficiently and to a high standard.
You don’t need prior industry experience — just strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in the building and insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, coordinate, and manage trades during the building and construction process
  • Communicate and negotiate with trades to monitor job progress
  • Liaise between clients and insurance companies
  • Organise access and job schedules with clients
  • Assist in resolving issues or disputes
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and contractual OHS requirements
  • Oversee inspections, certifications, and required documentation
  • Work closely with Estimators and On-Site Supervisors
  • Assist in preparing contracts, quotes, and managing variations
  • Track project costs and provide reporting
  • Support the administration team as needed
